Interior Fit-Out Excellence for King of Millards, Shuwaikh Industrial Kuwait

Design Core proudly partnered with King of Millards, one of Kuwait’s well-known and fast-growing restaurant brands, to deliver a complete interior fit-out for their branch located in Shuwaikh Industrial. From the initial concept stage to the final handover, our team managed every aspect of the project with precision and creativity. We focused on building an interior that reflects the brand’s strong identity, modern food culture, and customer-centric experience. The space was carefully planned to optimise customer flow, seating comfort, and brand visibility while also maintaining a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere. Our designers integrated high-quality materials, stylish finishes, and custom-made furniture to create a space that stands out among industrial-zone eateries while staying true to the brand’s vision.

To bring the project to life, Design Core executed the full fit-out scope, including detailed joinery work, custom furniture fabrication, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting design, MEP installations, and complete on-site execution. Every element was fabricated and installed with strict quality control to ensure durability, hygiene standards, and long-lasting performance—important factors in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Our goal was to deliver a space that not only looks visually impressive but also supports efficient operations for the staff and a memorable experience for customers. The King of Millards project is a strong example of our capability to handle end-to-end interior fit-out works for leading brands across Kuwait, UAE, and Qatar, delivering results that combine style, functionality, and brand storytelling.
